Ongoing Preorders

Shipping is done in a single package once all preorder items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.

Same principle: shipping is done in a single package at the latest release date. If you want separate shipments, place multiple orders.

Preorders are fulfilled subject to sufficient supply. If quantities are insufficient, the most recent preorders will be canceled and fully refunded.

Send your request by email to contact@carteonepiece.com (including order number, full name). In case of voluntary cancellation, a 16% commitment fee (excluding shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund. A publisher/distributor delay does not waive these fees.

Refund requests are processed within 2 business days after we receive your email. Once approved, the refund may take up to 7 days to appear in your account (the same one used for the initial payment).

After the email notifying you of availability, you have 14 days to pay the balance. After this period, the preorder may be canceled and the amounts already paid retained as a penalty.

Release dates are provided by the publisher/distributor and may change. We ship as soon as we receive the products. (A possible delay does not automatically waive the fees in case of a voluntary cancellation.)
